The objective of my searches both in engraving as well as in painting and now in photography is the matter: its limits, its expressive possibilities, and the colour interactions.

In painting, I take advantage of the fluidity of the acrylic medium that I drop and make it run on the canvas. Without a prior design, each color is chosen based on the previous ones, and thus I start building a set of verticals and horizontals that go creating frames or networks with which I try to communicate energy and colour.
